Overall Pretty Good, However After The Most Recent Update My Program Locks Up When 30 Minutes Of Drive Time Is Left And Does Not Go Red Either Before The 8 Hr Warning When You Are Supposed To Take 30 Min Break Or 11hr Drive Times. I Have To Restart Program. Also Your 30 Min Break Is Supposed Is Supposed To Be Able To Be Taken “On Duty” Or “Off Duty”. That’s Not Happening Either When You Use “On Duty”

This App Has Gotten Worse And Worse With Every Update. Now With The Latest Update Even When You Get A 30 Minute Break In While On Duty It Still Says You’re In Violation. Not To Mention That It Disconnects From The Hardware All The Time And All The Unnecessary Editing Needed For Using Yard Move Or Personal Conveyance Duty Statuses. Another Problem Is Whenever You’re Low On Drive Time It Freezes And Blacks Out. The Only Way To Get The Dang App To Work Is By Restarting Your Device Completely.

This App Has Gotten Worse With All The Updates. Get Below 30 Minutes Of Drive Time And It Freezes Up. Throws You Into Violation. Customer Service /support Is Absolutely Horrible. Just Hoping That I Don’t Get A Dot Audit. Because Of An App That WON’T Work Correctly. You’ve Had Plenty Of Time To Get It Fixed. I’ll Update My Star Rating When This Thing Works Flawless. Road Side Inspectors Don’t Care About The App Not Working Correctly. They Just Write Tickets. I Pay Money For This App To Work.

One Star Until BR Can Correct The Glitches In Their System Regarding The New Rules. Specifically Surrounding The Calculations Of The 30 Minute Break And The Sleeper Berth Split. Their Calculations Are Showing Drivers In Violation Even After Correctly Logging The 30 Minute Rest Break. Also, Drivers Are Not Getting Time Back On Their Logs When Correctly Logging A SB Split. Result, Driving Violation. Too Much Unnecessary Red To Explain To An Inspector. Otherwise, A Fine Product Once It Gets Fixed.

1. The App Keeps Disconnecting From The Dash Link. 2. The App Keeps Switching From Driving To On Duty For Whatever Reason Yet It Keeps The App Locked Because It Says The Driver Is Driving. 3. The Clock Says I Satisfied My 30 Min Break Yet At The End Of The Shift It Puts Me On Violation For Driving Past The 8 Hrs 4. Every Little Change Requires A Note, No I DONT NEED TO ADD A NOTE It Already Has The Duty Status And Location, No Note Is Needed! Seriously Considering Switching To Keeptrucking.
