Since I Started Using This App/plugin, It Takes At Least 5 Minutes (no Exaggeration) For The Settings To Find My Printer. For Some Reason, The Same Printer Is Registered 5 Times In My Device. Printing Takes Twice As Long As On A PC And The Quality Is Quite Pixelated/grainy. I’d Rather Turn On My PC, Navigate To The Same File On My Email, And Print It Via My PC Than Use This Plugin On My Phone. But Hey, At Least It Exists.

Seems To Me It Works Fine For Printing Stuff Using The Print Menu Item (usually Available In Apps Like Pdf Viewers, Word Processor Etc). However, It Doesn’t Connect To The Printer If The Android Device Is Not In The Same Subnet, Even Though The Printer Is Registered With The Correct IP And Is Reachable (setup Page Is Displayed In Chrome). This A Big Problem For Those Who Have Multiple Subnets At Home Or Try To Connect Using VPN. Interestingly Enough The Iprint App Does Not Have This Limitation (but It’s A Strange App). ——– Please Allow Connection To A Printer By IP Only, Regardless Of The Subnet It Belongs To. —– 3 Stars (the Fourth Is Waiting)

Makes You Go Through Hoops To Be Able To Print. First You Need To Find It Within Settings (mine Was Under Connections>more Connection Settings>printing). Then, With Your Printer On And Connected To The Same Network, You Need To Open It And Search For Your Printer. Once This Finds Your Printer (if You’re Lucky!), You Need To Switch (don’t Close This, SWITCH) To Whatever App You Were Trying To Get A Print Out Of And Select Your Printer. Terrible Experience, Even Worse Functionality.

I Wish I Had Never Installed All Of These Brother Apps So I Would Not Have To Waste My Time Saying They All Suck. I Have Uninstalled All Of Them. My New Printershare App Allow Me To Print Via My Android Mobile Device. Finally! YEE HAW! I Get To Use My 4 Month Old Brother Printer Without Opening My Surface Pro. Like I Said. Brother Mobile Apps Suck.

This App Was Working As Of 3 Months Ago. The Brother Plug In App Doesn’t Appear On My Cell But In Setting I See The Tabs To Force Stop And Uninstall. Why? I Didn’t Take The App Off My Cell. If I Did It Would Have Taken It Out Of Settings Area. Luckly It Still Copies. Doesn’t Scan Nor Prints Any More.
