The App Seems To Work Fine, But It Is Not Intuitive How To Change Your Child’s Teacher/grade.When I Finally Changed The Teacher, All Of My Past Credits Disappeared! My Biggest Complaint Is There Is Not Enough Time Given To Scan Receipts Before They Expire.The Physical Tops Didn’t Expire For More Than A Year, But Now The Digital Tops Expire Within 2 Weeks?! I Have Written To Complain About This Before. There Is Barely Enough Time To Shop, Let Alone Scan A Receipt These Days!

I Had Uninstalled The App Because It Wouldn’t See The Receipts, Thinking It Was My Bad Camera. I Gave It Another Try And Camera Works Great But It Only Read ONE Eligible Item. I Have At Least 3 That Say ” Box Tops Scan Your Receipt” But Your Reader Doesn’t Pick Them Up. I Hit Missing Items And It Gives Me A Bunch Of Garbled #s And Letters Instead Of Products, Then Tells Me They Aren’t Eligible Either. Why Put Your “No More Clipping” Print On A Product If You Arent Gonna Honor It.

I Frequently Have, “missed Earnings” On Items That Are Clearly Labeled With The Box Top Icon. Also, You Only Have 2 Weeks To Submit A Receipt , Where The Old Boxtops Didnt Expire For MONTHS!! I Preferred The Old System Better. Also, Older Grandparents That Used To Collect Many Box Tops, Now Cant/dont Because They Dont Know Have Smart Phones.

It Doesn’t Give You Enough Time (by Dates) To Scan Receipts And Submit Them. Many People Don’t Have The Time To Check Receipts Every Week. Should Give At Least A Month Or More, So We Can Do Them All At Once. You Only Submit Checks Twice A Year To The Schools, So Why Not Give A Longer Time To Submit. They Missed Out On Alot Of Submissions Because My Receipt Was A Month Old.

Personally, I Would Prefer To Clip Them And Provide Those To The Schools Directly, Because There Are Several Schools I Support As An Educator. The App Is Too Confining And Only Allows Me To Donate To One School District Or School. Also, It Usually Takes Me Two Or Three Times To Get It To Scan In. Much More Time-consuming Than The Old-fashioned Way. Also I Think It Discriminates Against Folks Who Choose Not To You Computers Or Smartphones.
