THE FEATURE TO CANCEL ORDER. The App Is Great But That’s One Thing I Wish And Hope This Software Needs To Improve. A Perfect Epitome Is Based On My Experience. I Accidentally Placed An Order While Choosing A Food In The Restaurant’s Menu. I Unintentionally Clicked The Wide Huge Highly Sensitive Button And Right Before I React “No!”. The Restaurant Already Displayed “Preparing”. Insert 😑 Face. I Tried Asking Help Support But They Used The “Non-Liable You’re Clumsy” Card To Me.

This App Is Terrible, Like Really Really Terrible. The Payment Ui Is Loading, So I Assume There’s A Problem There. Which Lead Me To Press Back And A Popup Said That “payment Failed, Please Try Again”, Which I Did It Again And The Same Problem Occur. When I Exit The App And Open Back The App, It Now Says There’s 2 Order From The Same Place With The Same Order. Meaning I Pay Double. Wow, It Says Payment Failed And Now The Payment Suddenly Accepted? Freaking App. Scammer

Trying To Reset My Password, But It’s Not Sending The Reset Email Whether By App Or Web Browser. Opened A Ticket With The Support Team That Told Me To Reinstall The App. Did That, Reported The Same, Never Got A Response. Edit: After A Month Of Back And Forth With Support, We Had My Old Account Deleted And Registered With The Same Email Address. They Also Take Action For Wrong Orders. So Far, So Good.

Its Great To Order On Cash On Delivery But The Ordering System Needs More Inproving And The Gps As Well. I Constantly Refresh Just To See Where My Delivery Guy Is At. It’s Not A Real Time Tracking Monitor. And For Ordering Wanna Get To See The Pictures Of The Menu Not Just The Words. Like I Wanna See What I’m Buying. But Over All Food Panda Is A Good App.

I Don’t Know Why This App Is Stuck In The Dark Ages. I Don’t Live That Far Off From The Main City But It Took Them Forever To Support My Address. I Try Again In A Few Months And Their Payment Options Are Limited. Oh Well. At Least There Are New Restaurants. I Pre-order From A Restaurant And Everyone’s Excited. They Cancel Last Minute The Next Day With No Explanation. There Is No Protection For Customers Or Even A Decent Reviewing System. So Much Time Invested And No Meal Just Stick To GrabFood.
