Hi. I Am Very Unpleased With Google Assistant. It Repeatedly Turns Itself On After I Disabled It. There’s No Way To Stop The Power Button From Reenabling It. It Feels Like Ransomware That Is Just Holding My Phone Hostage. There’s No Way To Remove It From My Phone. There’s No Way To Stop It From Repeatedly Hijacking My Phone. I Want To Throw My Phone Through A Wall And Buy An Iphone Because I Know This Won’t Be On That.. And Let Me Tell You, I Hate Apple. So How Do I Disable The Power Button?

Really Annoying!!! Every Time I Say Hey Google It Pops Up Making My Background Screen Pinkish Colour And Soon After Responding To My Question, When I Press The Microphone To Continue The Conversation, It Closes By Itself!!! This Is The Problem I’m Facing Recently… Before That I Use To Feel That This Was The Best Assistant Ever, But Now I’m Disappointed, Please Fix This.

This Is An Excellent App. It Not Only Adds A Convenience It Also Promotes Safe Driving. I Recently Had A Problem Where It Wouldn’t Respond; Or Drop Out Midway Through An Answer. I Cleared The Cache And Data Storage On Both The Google And The Assistant Apps. I Did This Through The App Access In The Phone Settings. Turn Hey Google Back On Under Voice In Google App Settings. Now It’s Working Perfectly. I’ve Put This Here In The Hopes That It May Help Someone Else. Excellent App! Highly Recommend.

It’s An Amazing Thing; To Have This Kind Of Technology Readily Available At All Times, On A Personalized Level, And Small Enough To Fit In Your Pocket… For Free. However, Google Now Was Far Superior In Functionality. Not Sure Why The Step Backwards In This Seemingly Mandatory “upgrade”, But Regardless, It’s Pretty Amazing. I Use “Ok, Google” Probably 10-15 Times A Day For All Sorts Of Things. It Can Even Answer Some Two-part Questions, And Handles Most Tasks Without The Need To Intervene.

Yes I Have Numerous Suggestions: 1) Is For It To Read What I Ask It To Specifically Any Text Message, New Or Old. 2). If I’m Driving Down The Road And I Ask It To Tell Me Something Or Read The Entire Paragraph Or Whatever I Don’t Want It To Stop I Wanted To Recognize That I’m Driving And It Needs To Tell Me That It Ignores What I’m Asking. 3). It Would Be Nice To Refine Searches Previous Ones And Edit Them. 4). More Interactive Follow-on Conversation Option. 5,). Able To Diagnose, Troubleshoot
