This Has Proved Useful For Monitoring And Controlling Charging, Setting Charge Scheduling, Remote AC/environment Control And Confirming Door Locked Status. I’ve Used It For A Few Weeks. I Think Usability Is Good But Could Be Improved. Reason For Not Giving 5 Stars Is That The App Was Unusable Due To A Network Error For A Few Days, And I Assume The Problem Was The Cloud Server And Not The Lower Level Network Within The Car. Better Diagnostic Information Would Help In A Network Down Situation.

Just Moved From A 2018 Kona EV With No App To A 2020 Kona EV With The App.. Brilliant It Works Quickly And Responds Well. The 2018 Kona Was The First EV We Have Had Without An App, And I Missed It.. Now Having It Again On The 2020 Car Means We Can Manage Charge And Preheat So Much Easier. Good Layout And Was Easy To Setup On The New Car, Good Work Hyundai, Will Be Nice To See How It Improves Going Forwards, Every Thing You Can Add Will Be A Bonus, But Excellent Start.

The App Needs A Few Improvements As Described Below: 1. Range Is Consistently Reported In Km Despite Setting Units To Miles. 2. Each Tab Individually Needs To Ping The Car To Fetch Data Why Can’t All Tabs Refresh Each Time The Car Is Pinged. 3. Lock Commands Set From This App Conflict With The Lock Memory On The Car And Prevent The Charging Cable From Being Detached Despite The Car Being Unlocked Until The Vehicle Is Unlocked Again From The App.

Great To Have An App Like This Although It Could Be Better. Difficulty Signing Up Because The Code From The Car Uses Both O And 0 In A Very Similar Font. No Instructions Came With The Car, Either. The Word “charging” On The Status Page Should Probably Be Replaced By “battery”, Since I Keep Thinking That My Car Is Charging. How About Adding A Range Estimate? Journey Logs Would Be More Useful If They Indicated Efficiency, And Indeed Destination, If Appropriate. Looking Forward To Using It, Though

Useable Since Update, ”no Response From Vehicle’ Message Since App Updated. Poorly Laid Out App, Not An Intuitive Interface. Estimated Charge Time Does Not Update Accurately. Really Shame. Ioniq Electric 38kw 2020.
