I Have Rented Only Once A Motorbike With Muving And It Was The Most Expensive Motorbike Drive Ever! A Month After The Drive I Received A Parking Fine From Them – The Fine Was Sent By The Madrid Council Just The Day Of The Drive.. It Was 60 Euros! With A 50% Discount If You Pay It Early – Within A Month! Why Did Muving Sent Me The Fine So Late?? I Didn’t Remember Parking The Bike In The Wrong Spot, So I Emailed Them Back Asking For For Details, They Never Replied To Me. At The End I Decided To Pay The Fine And Send The Invoice To Muving. They Replied To Me Saying Thanks. I Took The Opportunity To Ask Them Again About The Details Of The Fine, They Didn’t Replied Either… The Funny Thing Is That A Month After This They Charged Me With 20 Euros Fee Because The Fine. Are You Serious??

I Had To Scroll 400 Times To Fill My Birth Date. Then Nothing Happens When I Click Upload Driving Licence. After Trying 5 Times Android Tells Me I’m Running Low On Memory.. I Have The Latest Cpu And 6gb Of Ram. Please Make An App That Works More Or Less And I’ll Come Back.

Muving Is By Far The Poorest Scooter Sharing App Spain Has To Offer (I’m, Also Using Ecooltra, YUGO, IScoot, Scoot) Once You Register A Payment Method, You Cannot Access The Payment Area Through The App. If By Example, You Need To Update Your Payment Method And Add A New Card, The Fun Begins. All Your Cards Are Marked As Credit Card 1, Credit Card 2 Etc. And The Bank Entity For Each One Of Them Is Labeled As BBVA, Although This Is Obviously Not Your Bank But The Bank Of Muving :)) Like You Would Need To Label All Your Cards By The Name Of The Bank To Which You’re Sending Money To, Which Is Obviously Always The Same :)). All Added Cards Have The Option Of Setting The Card As “default Payment Method”, And Even If You Choose To Update One Of Your Cards As Default Payment, The Page Refreshes But You Still Don’t Really Know If It Was A Successful Attempt. Not To Mention The App’s Design Which Is Anything But User Friendly.

This Is The Worst App For Scooter Sharing. You Need To Really Try Hard To Register. They Have A Mm/DD/yyyy Date Format In Europe Lol And You Can’t Even Switch The Language To EN. Very Poor App. They Should Scrap It And Learn From Ecooltra Or Yego.
