Update As On 22/10/2020 I Have Not Been Able To Access This App For 4 Days & Counting. Sympathy From HO Really Doesn’t Make Things Better. My Original Review Below: I Have Always Found This App Easy To Move Around It. On The Service Area I Don’t Like The Colours, But That Personal Taste. I’d Prefer If They Were Green For High Booking Areas, Amber For Average And Red For Low Booking Areas. The Pastel Colours Seem Vague To Me. It Doesn’t Take Away From How Good The App Is.

It Works Well, However The Last Update Has Made The Letters Too Small That It’s Almost Impossible To Read Them Even With My Eyes Glasses. It Also Contribute To It The Fact That In Many Occasions The Numbers And Words Are Not Totally Black But White With The Edges Black. If I Forget My Eye Glasses At Home, I Can’t Read Anything At All. Now, It’s Impossible To Make The Letter Size Bigger With The Mobile Settings. Would Be Great If Someone Can Fix This. Thank You In Advance

The App Has Moments When I Contact The Customer By Message And He Does Not Receive It And The Message Disappear. Not Enough Customers For All Therapists. Some Get 3 Customers Per Day, Some Get 3 Per Week With Luck If Not 1. I’ve Sent Them My Concern By Email About That And They Ask To Make Forum Posts. So, My Email Has No Value. My Call For Profile Optimizations Was Not Received. I Think, They Can Check To See That Others Have The Same Situation 6-12hs Online And Still, Nothing.

Very Easy To Use. I Wish It Didn’t Ask For A Reason Why You Are Removing Availability If You Don’t Have Any Bookings. Understandable If You Did Have A Booking. But Overall Very Practical App.
